About the program

All you need is a set of dumbbells and a bench! Each workout has been timed and fine tuned by myself, and follows a consistent split for the entire 4 week program. By concentrating on certain muscle groups, implementing in full body days, and strategically incorporating rep variation, core work, HITT, progressive overload, and elements of isometric training, this program is beneficial for beginner to advanced based on how heavy you lift. I wanted to create a program that could be done from a home gym, apartment gym, or professional gym, and ultimately serve a wide variety of people. Each individual workout is different and unique throughout the 4 weeks. Not only does this keep the workouts mentally stimulating and new, but it eliminates any type of plateau.     What makes this program different from the last one?
    The last workout program was a PDF, 60 minute workouts, intermediate - advanced level, required professional gym equipment and was a lot more intensity/strength focused. This program is on my app, with videos of each exercise, it's focused more on leaning and toning. It has elements of isometric training, lots of rep variations and includes progressive overload. It's apartment and home gym friendly, it's for all levels and workouts are only 45 minutes.
    I'm a beginner, is this for me?
    No matter where you are in your fitness journey, you can succeed here. This programs was specifically created for any level of fitness. All exercises have easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
    Do I need to purchase equipment?
    The only equipment necessary are some dumbbells and a bench.
