Frequently asked questions

What makes this program different than the last ones?
This program is also on my app, with videos of each exercise, it focuses on leaning and toning just like my last programs. It has elements of isometric training, lots of rep variations and includes progressive overload. It's apartment and home gym friendly, it's for all levels and workouts are only 55 minutes. People loved the last programs so much, I knew I had to make a new variation so that people can continuously train the same way while changing up their routine a bit.
