- Start by setting up the pulldown station you will be using (connect attachment bar, set desired weight, and set knee supports to comfortable and snug position. - Grab onto the bar attachment with and underhand grip and sit in position. - Pull down the bar towards your chest, driving your elbows backwards. - Make sure to keep your shoulders back and your back upright and straight. - Repeat.
