- Start by setting up the station you will use for cable rows. (Triangle grip/narrow grip attachment, weight you desire to lift).
- Grab the triangle grip attachment with both hands.
- Take a few step backward-and row back, keeping your shoulders back and your back upright and straight.
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together, pretending like there is a pencil between them.
- Allow your arms to fully extend back to starting position and then repeat.
