- Start by sitting on a bench that is set at a slight incline. - Facing the bench and holding a dumbbell in each hand, row the dumbbells backward, driving your elbows to the ceiling. - Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top (pretend like there is a pencil between your shoulder blades) - Lower the dumbbells back down to starting position and repeat.
