Welcome to Foundations 3! This is an advanced-level workout program designed for seasoned gym-goers who are ready to add some weight to their lift and take their fitness to the next level. This 8-week program includes four workouts per week that require some equipment such as dumbbells, a barbell, and a bench. This program should be done in the gym unless you have this equipment at home. Each workout is designed to help push you to your limits and propel you to new heights of strength, muscle, and endurance. Foundations 3 includes videos with exercise demonstrations and descriptions, so you can follow along at your own pace. And with 1-2 rest days recommended between workouts, you'll have plenty of time to recover and come back stronger.
