Welcome to Foundations 2! This is an intermediate-level workout program designed for anyone who wants to break out of their comfort zone and take their fitness to the next level. If you are looking for something more advanced, check out Foundations 3! This 8-week program includes four workouts per week that require some equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, and a bench. This program can be done at home or in the gym. Each workout is designed to help you build strength, muscle, and endurance and prepare you to level up to Foundations 3! Foundations 2 includes videos with exercise demonstrations and descriptions, so you can follow along at your own pace. And with 1-2 rest days recommended between workouts, you'll have plenty of time to recover and come back stronger.

We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
