Welcome to Foundations 1!
This is an entry-level, beginner's program, so if you are looking for something more advanced, check out Foundations 2 or 3!
If you're new to fitness or looking for a solid foundation to build on, Foundations 1 is the perfect program for you!
This 8-week program includes four workouts per week that require zero equipment and can be done anywhere.
Each workout is designed to help you become familiar with basic exercises that will help you build strength, endurance, flexibility, and a firm foundation (get it?) for your future goals.
You'll also learn proper form and technique, which is essential for preventing injuries and getting the most out of your workouts.
Foundations 1 includes videos with exercise demonstrations and descriptions, so you can follow along at your own pace. And with 1-2 rest days recommended between workouts, you'll have plenty of time to recover and come back stronger.
