Personal Trainer

My health + wellness journey started when I was in middle school. I’m a former Division I softball player, so I started conditioning and lifting weights when I was about 13 years old. My journey has been unique because I’ve gone through phases of both weight loss and weight gain. Much of my weight fluctuation was related to my mental health journey - something I’m very open about and a huge advocate for. When I was heavy and trying to lose weight, my trainer at the time encouraged me to become a trainer myself. The rest is history. I’m an ACE CPT, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Behavior Change Specialist. Scholastically, my background is in psychology. My intention for this channel is to provide quality workouts, nutrition support, and general lifestyles tips!
Goals
My channel will help you with various aspects of your health + wellness. You will be able to gain muscle, lose fat, improve mobility + flexibility. One of the main things I’d like to emphasize is exercise form. I want people to move as pain-free + as functionally as possible, so I want to make sure that anyone on this channel understands the importance of correct form and mind/muscle connection.
Training Requirements
Most of my workouts require a pretty complete gym, however, I will be providing alternatives as needed. Generally, most of the movements that I perform are with dumbbells, cables, and kettlebells. Progressions and regressions will be provided as needed as well!
