Woo-hoo that was awesome!! I'm getting better at my fast feet movements since I started doing more crossfit training!!! I love heavy strength training but love lighter weight and endurance training too!!! 🦵🍑🔥👊🥵😍

This is one of my faves!! All legs yet cardio built in.
I do wonder about the high reps in the second round. Usually I go heavy enough to do 8-10. But with the higher reps set at 20 do I lighten my weights?
