Oh my god! I think this was the best workout i did with Hannah till date!
I thought my legs ll be broken by end of this but the cool down and stretching part fixed some of it 😃😃

Another work-out in, sweating as always!
This has reminded/taught me that I need to work on correcting the postures and stretch more often.
