This was a killer for my legs and core!!!!! Loved every drip of sweat it created!!! Happy to complete day 2 (In circuit one I was slightly confused which exercise you wanted because the video doesn’t match the instructions — the video is lunge with a high knee and the instructions say squat to curtsy lunge)
