All you’ll need is a Kettlebell and a plate (optional).
This is a quad focused leg day, although we will touch on glute and hamstrings as well.

Did 3.5 rounds. Trying to get after while the baby twins sleep and before my 2 year old goes to preschool. So I’m happy with 3.5 rounds. Took about 30 min. Another fire session!!!
