Last day of this plan and I feel stronger than when I started. I am really proud of myself for getting through this plan. I stuck to it on days where it wasn’t easy. I truly feel like I’ve grown in the midst of all of it. I lost 8lbs but grew stronger at the same time. Now I’m moving onto to 2.0!

Second time I’ve done this program (and finished), and I went back to the first hiit workout in here and realized it was choose ONE of these. 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ Both times around I did all three, nearly every week. Woooooow. But hey, great conditioning!
