Wow, that was hard. Was away last weekend, got one short treadmill run in only, then was not feeling well, took some downtime from my stressful job. Back at it today 🥵 💪🏽 🫁 👍🏽

It was good! I have been having some difficulties with my chest burning because of my Asthma. Do you have any tips for warming up better so that my chest doesn’t burn the whole time? Or am I just out of shape? Lol 😬

Well I’m halfway through this program, and this is the most consistent I’ve ever been with exercise in 5 years when I took an executive chef position. Granted, part of that has been due to a job change (hooray for better quality of life), but the majority of it has been that you designed these workouts to be inspiring and challenging. I’m really looking forward to the second half. Thank you so much for putting this together so thoughtfully.
