First off this is a 10/10! Brutal!!! πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ Mindset is an insane requirement for this workout!!! By the 6th round I was like wow how many more left!! Deadlifts - 70lbs. Hammer curls 15lbs DB each Shoulder 25lb plate
