I almost quit halfway through this workout because I didn’t feel ready enough.. but I powered through and I’m so grateful! I took a step back and removed some of the difficult obstacles - the band on the thigh deadlift one, and the weight off of the reverse lunges. So proud that I powered through. Any tips on achieving the bear crawl? I feel like my form is lowest.
