Back at it baby!!! I had a personal big victory this weekend where I wore my pre-baby jeans!! Not leggings my actually button jeans that felt great so it was a great non scale victory!!! So I'm definitely motivated this week! Happy Monday!! ❤❤❤

Done again! I'm going to have this memorized soon! I love the feeling in my arms & back of working muscles I never realized go into a pull up! It's so much more than biceps. ❤

WOW I've got ALOT of work to do but this is a HUGE goal of mine to do a pullup! And your tutorial is perfect! I was at a gym & had so many people tell me I won't be able to do it so I bought some at home equipment & getting after it! I'm not doing it for anyone but myself anyway! But that's one of the best parts of your app! You make any size woman feel like they can do anything if they put their mind to it! And this struggling post postpartum momma wants to look back a year from now & see how far I've come! All love ❤💪
