Upper body still feels really heavy, pushups were hard. Incredibly frustrated but know it's all part of the process. Really enjoy this workout every time!

Had to modify the last circuit due to time constraints. Did both sets of abs before one set of push-ups. And did 10, 8, 6, 4, 10, 10. Sweaty mess!
