This was honestly so great. The leg set was a combo of slow and controlled movements with a little jumping to get the HR up. Then the core was the same with the push-ups getting the HR going. I also love the bear cat/cow! I’ve never done cat/cow in that position and loved the burn! Never disappointed!! You rock!! 🙌🏻👊🏼
