Watching you pick up Siah mid jump lunge was one of the most amazing superwoman things I’ve ever seen. Loved this challenge!! Question- on the commandos is it one rep per both arms down or one arm down = 1 rep

Wow wow wow I!! Second time doing this workout, used weight this time and took me twice as long but I feel so proud to have finished it!!!
