I felt a lot of these workouts more so in my biceps and shoulders, still a challenging workout. Taking a few weeks off, I feel weaker.

Had to settle for a couple of planks at the end because those push up Superman’s were 😩😩😩🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 By the end of the workout The burn was real. I had one set of 6 in me and that was about it.
