Running postpartum is a time to be gentle on yourself, I learn with this! It took 9months to grow a baby… I’ll give myself grace in the postpartum time of getting back into fitness.

5 months PP and finally felt like getting back to fitness again! Just started this program this week and it’s feeling great! I used this workout to get back into running- did 1:30 jog, :30 walk for 15min. It was the perfect workout for me and right now!
