These prenatal workouts are great! It is just the right amount of pushing yourself. I enjoyed this one!

I’ve struggled with anxiety about pushing my HR and have stopped doing HIIT workouts due to that (even though I love them!). This allowed me to be conscious of my abdominal muscles but also get my heart rate up!!
