You know when you get sucked into a workout and go longer than you intended because you're in a good rhythm? Thats exactly what happened today. I set my timer for 20 minutes and got to work. Timer went off and I was in the middle so I decided to finish... and before I knew it I was 3 rounds deeper! This is one of my favorites that I can do at home!
