I over slept this morning and my body was tired and I remembered the saying “consistency over intensity” so I found one of your 20 min or less workouts and just moved my body!! Thank you 🙏🏼

Quicky! That’s all I need. Movement to get some endorphins up. Humbling and reminding me that workout doesn’t need to be big. An appreciation that we can move and get things going.
