Absolutely loved this circuit! I am loving your prenatal workouts. I definitely get a solid workout but am never concerned about overdoing it.

Had to slow the run to a light jog for third trimester struggles but improving 100% on lunges which I struggled to complete 4-5 proper ones to begin with can now do 10 each side no problems 🤙🏽
