This is a fun optional holiday workout we did with our team at T2 fitness!
The way this circuit works is you will do the following movements to the song of 12 days of Christmas (1 sumo deadlift, 2 thrusters 1 sumo deadlift, 3 push-press 2 thrusters 1 sumo deadlift, 4 pull-ups 3 push press 2 thrusters 1 sumo… all the way until you get to the end).
1 Sumo Deadlift
2 Thrusters
3 Push Press
4 Pull-Ups or rows
5 RDL
6 KB Swings
7 Floor Press
8 Single Arm Snatch (4 per side)
9 Box Jumps
10 Mountain Climbers (10 per side)
11 Burpees
12 Walking Lunges (6 per side)
