All you will need is a light to medium pair of dumbbells

This program is focused on beginners! Those who are new to fitness, taken a break from fitness, or are coming off an injury, pregnancy, or time away
What’s the schedule?
Because the free trial is 7 days, there are 7 workouts in this mini-program. A workout for each day.
Are there any modifications for the exercises?
Yes! In the live workouts my sister will demonstrate the modifications. I’ve also included modifications in the descriptions for each exercise. If you need further assistance modifying any workouts, send me a message in the app and I’ll be happy to help!
How can I ask you questions?

The video kept buffering so that was a little annoying especially when I’m starting to get into the groove. Otherwise… simple workouts that make me sweat! Thanks for giving me the opportunity to restart my fitness for the millionth time. 😊
