I found this so effective, however, I wish some of these stretches were easier to follow Along and slow down since they do feel good - rather than having to pause the video constantly to actually enjoy and engage more in the movement.

Really really good! Actually felt a bit of a stretch in my chest which I didn't realize was so tight. Being on my feet and bending/reaching all day at work has definitely taken its toll but this really stretched me out!
