Plank push ups felt REALLY hard today, my body just felt heavy - that was really defeating and made me want to give up. Pushed thru and glad I did, was feeling much stronger and in a better mental place after finishing. Really digging HIIT style workouts lately!

Awesome workout as usual, didn’t like the format of just one video of all the exercises once started. I prefer the individual clips of form. Maybe it’s just me being weird lol
