Only had time for a short workout and didn’t want to skip because of time and lack of motivation so this was perfect! Started PF PT two weeks ago and some of these exercises/movements were covered on how to achieve proper core engagement so I had to pause a ton and ensure I was properly engaging so maybe a little less reps than presented but form is way more important than speed for me.
