I needed this!! I am 7 weeks postpartum and did my first leg workout. All body weight but oooffff I am SORE. I wanted to workout today, and stretching was just what I needed!

If there could be a list explaining the moves and how exactly we should be positioning ourselves that would be super helpful! Was hard to follow along and had to press pause and rewind a lot
