Recovery also involves moving your body again and working on areas of tightness for postural alignment. This is my 9 minute flow that I did! No set times just moving through each stretch until I felt a release!

form and technique are important in stretching too. your guidance is awesome in this respect. would love to see more of that! some women don't know what muscles they should even be focusing on in a stretch
