Every time I'm like "oh 16 minutes, this won't be terrible" and every time I look like a drowned rat after 🔥 there's a reason I have this one in the favorites, short and sweet but damn it's spicy. May have been a little overzealous today and used heavier weights than normal 😬

Still one of my favorites. Was going to run today, walked outside and it started to rain. Shifted gears and brought this one out of the favorites folder. Sweaty, heart rate up, and feeling more like myself.
