Single Leg Hip Thrusts

KAS Gluth bridges are almost the exact same thing, but you’re only pulsing at the top of each rep. Also make sure you are doubling weight that you did with single leg Hip Thrusts!

Recording this was a little bit different than what I normally do because I wanted to show a full 360 of the movement!
(IF YOU DONT HAVE ANKLE STRAPS)
-if you have exercise bands you can attach it to a squat rack(lower half) and do kickbacks that way, or you can get on the floor and place a dumbbell in between the crease of the back of your knee to do kickbacks!
