Hi friend 👋🏼 My classes are a unique combination of fluidity & fire. With deep roots in strength training, I’m dedicated to intuitive movements, challenging each student with seemless transitions while using body-positive language. I lead instructor training nationally for @barredstudio as well as teach barre, cycle, and now my new concept: GLOW WELL ✨

Goals

My PlayBook offers workouts that will increase flexibility, strengthen and tone the entire body while staying low impact. Get ready to focus on form and stay safe while transforming your mind and body 💪🏽

Training Requirements

I try to keep everything simple. These workouts can be done at home or at a gym with limited equipment! You’ll need bands, a chair, a mat, and a set of yoga blocks. You’ll find workouts ranging from 10-30 minutes. These workouts incorporate compound movements to help you get the most out of your limited time ⚡️

Accomplishments

I founded and ran my first barre studio at the age of 26. After 4 years, I decided to dive into yoga and create flows that are unique and strength focused. Last year, I gave a TEDx speech and focused my talk on resilience. WHEW! This year, more than ever, I know we need each other to help build up our resilience! That’s why i am so excited to be creating classes and sharing my passion - I’m here to help you glow well and get strong! On the side, I teach yoga for a local women’s shelter ✌🏼
