I’ve been in the fitness world for as long as I can remember—from sports as a kid to competing in bodybuilding and CrossFit across the country. For years, I trained for hours a day, chasing results and doing everything right. But eventually, I hit a wall. I started to resent fitness—the very thing I once loved. I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and stuck in a cycle of doing more but feeling worse. It felt like no matter how hard I pushed, I just couldn’t keep up.
Everything changed when I gave myself permission to do less—and started focusing on what actually worked. I began working out from home with short, powerful hybrid sweats that fit into my life. To my surprise, I got the best results I’d ever seen. Not only did I drop 20lb, but I felt stronger, leaner, more energized… and free from the pressure to “go harder” all the time. Since 2014, I’ve coached thousands of women—both in person and around the world online—helping them get lean, fit, and cozy in their body again with workouts that take less than 30 minutes and nutrition that’s simple, sustainable, and stress-free.Now, as a mom, I don’t have time for long, complicated workouts—and honestly, I don’t want to spend my life in the gym. I want to feel amazing, stay fit, and still have time for my family and everything else that matters.
That’s why I created The Daily Fit—a space for busy women to train smarter, not harder. It’s for women who want to feel strong, confident, and energized without sacrificing their time, sanity, or joy. Because fitness should work for your life—not take it over.
