What equipment do I need? If you are doing these workouts at a gym, the gym should have everything you need! If you do these workouts from home (which I do!), you will need a set of loop resistance bands, resistance bands with handles and a door stopper attachment, a variety of dumbbells, yoga mat and bench!
Will you explain how to do the exercises? Yes! Every single exercise in the app comes with a video demo and written instructions. Pregnancy and postpartum modifications will be added soon!
What if I can only workout a few days a week? Each week, you will receive five new workouts. This is your fitness journey, though, so it's completely up to you how many you'd like to do! I recommend doing at least one upper body and one lower body workout each week.
