This is beginner - advanced friendly stair master challenge I wanted us to be able to do together! 4 days/ 4 weeks and can be used as a main work out OR post work out cardio for the advanced girlies! This is how I've built my endurance to get to 40-60 minutes on the stair master for optimal weight loss. I know it can get BORING and also get to be too hard- so I've switched up the variations through out the weeks. It's not always about staying at one speed or always about pushing hard and fast. The levels vary for everyone to gage where they're at in their journey- don't be afraid do go slower or faster than recommend speed. This is to challenge YOU.
