This program is for those that are trying to get and maintain the curves in the lower body but shed off that fat for the warm weather time! I made sure to make this as apartment gym friendly as possible but a local gym is recommended. Your lower body days will have you pushing moderate-moderately heavy weight with drop sets to give you max muscle growth. Upper body days will be light-moderate weight / high reps and high intensity flows to get toned and that heart rate up for fat burn. I ended the week with plyometrics to create volume in the legs and to shred up the core and overall body! This regime is the closest to how I work out during the summer for a cut up yet curvy look for those beach moments! Diet recommended- See nutrition guide for weight loss. This is exactly how I would suggest to eat. Low carb and high protein. I would not recommend no carbs since the legs days call for ENERGY. Drop set means do the reps with a moderate- moderately heavy weight. Drop the weight and do body weight until failure. BURN IT OUT BABY! Demonstrations are given.
