How do you schedule the workouts within a week? This all depends on you and your lifestyle! With the program being 4 runs per week, this allows you some flexibility in case anything comes up with your schedule where you need to reschedule your runs.
Personally my schedule looks like this: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday!
How will I get the best results? Get proper sleep (7-9 hours a night is a must)
Dedicated nutrition regimen that consists only of wholesome, natural ingredients (get my nutrition guide in “Insights” section of the app)
Drink at least 100oz of water daily
Make sure to use active and full rest days to allow muscles to recover
What are the goals of this program? Regardless if you're getting ready for your first race or you want to use this as a personal challenge, the goal of this program is to get you comfortable on your feet while building speed and strength!
Do I have to sign up for a race to do this program? Nope! A lot of athletes I work with simply love the sport of running because it makes them feel good and challenges them at the same time.
