This program focuses on Strength. Strength is the ability to output high levels of force.
Strength translates to real life in many ways: Lifting heavy objects like furniture, children, or even groceries; performing physical labor like yard work, or house projects; climbing whether it is stairs, hills, or rocks; sports performance like basketball, soccer, or anything else; as you get older, even things like getting up out of a chair, kneeling on the floor, or getting into a car.
