RUN FAR & LIFT HEAVY This is a 12-Week Hybrid Fitness Training Plan with a focus on strength building. You can absolutely build muscle while stacking your running miles, it all comes down to how you train. This fitness program lays out the plan to help you achieve the best of both worlds. This program is great for anyone that is looking to effectively balance their strength and endurance training. Each week will consist of 6-days of training (some days with 2-workouts a day), with one rest day. The workout scheduling of HYBRID WARRIOR (Strength Focus) is fully optimized for gaining lean muscle mass, achieving fat loss, and balancing gym and running sessions, all while ensuing just the right amount of recovery, and with no wasted time! EQUIPMENT LIST Nothing too fancy, but you will need basic gym equipment for this program: •Barbell •Dumbbells •Cable Machine •Pull-up Bar TRAINING HIGHLIGHTS + 10 to 20 running miles most weeks + 4x High-volume gym sessions a week (you will need basic gym equipment for this program) + Strength & endurance improvement + Increased lean muscle mass + Decreased body fat + Progressive overload scheduling + Progressive increase in difficulty + Guidance in managing your caloric needs during training + Running guidance using Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) and the Gritty Soldier Fitness Running Calculator You can download the full version here: https://grittysoldier.com/products/12-week-hybrid-warrior-strength-focus
