Frequently Asked Questions

Will I be able to gain muscle following this program?
Absolutely. Muscle growth occurs after overloading existing tissue, creating tears and instigating the initiation of the muscular repair process. Calisthenics (bodyweight workouts) is a great way to get this process going!
Is their running involved?
Yes, there will be running sessions throughout the entire 8-weeks, to include sprints.
What is “RPE?”
RPE stands for “Rate of Perceived Exertion.” It is a scaled measure of effort during runs, where 1 is easiest effort and 10 is the hardest. This is how we will determine how much effort you should be giving to specific runs during this program.
Do I need any equipment at all for this?
Nope, absolutely no equipment is needed to complete this program.

Good. Beats paying my boxing gym $20 a session to burn 700 cals. This took me 45 mins and I burned 750 cals. Kicked my butt and made it almost to 2 miles on the fartlek. I’m 505,245 lbs. I can run a half marathon low and slow at 2:25 which I did last week.
