Hybrid Military Fitness

It’s called No Excuses for a reason.

These workouts are built to be done anywhere, anytime, under almost any conditions. At home. In a hotel room. At the park. In the barracks. On the road. Wherever you are.

No gym membership. No weights. No specialized equipment.

Just your body, a place to run, and the willingness to put in the work.

The 6 Week No Excuses Challenge is a progressive 42-day bodyweight and running program designed to help you build strength, burn fat, improve endurance, increase work capacity, and become a more well-rounded athlete.

And you won't spend six weeks doing the same push-ups and squats over and over again. The program uses a huge variety of bodyweight movements and training styles to keep challenging you as your fitness improves.
