About the program

This is a 10 week glute-focused program. The goal is to build strength in your lower body through various forms of progressive overload. Your glutes and core support your spine and hip complex. They also transfer energy from your legs to your upper body. These muscles participate in every single movement you make throughout the day, so this program is designed to take you through functional movements that build strength in every plane of human movement.
