What programs are offered? Right now, there are two programs available on my app. There's a 6 week Strength program, and a 4 week Pelvic Floor + Core program. In the future, I look forward to offering Prenatal and Postnatal programs- stay tuned!
What is the workout split? For the 6 Week Strength program- there's 5 workouts/week, at 30-45 minutes per session, and follows days like legs/arms/push/pull + core.
For the 4 Week Pelvic Floor + Core program- there's 3 workouts/week, at 10-15 minutes per session, and this is a great add-on program to any other workouts you're already doing.
Who is the 6 Week Strength program for? This program is for you if...
- you're feeling lost & have no idea what to do at the gym (or at home)
- you're tired of doing random workouts you've saved online
- you ave equipment at home, but can't come up with your own workouts
- you feel like you're exercising with little result
- you have a basic-to-intermediate knowledge of strength training
- you're motivated and ready to take action to become the best version of you
What equipment is needed for your programs? I've designed my programs with home workouts in mind. Over my years of working out at home, I consider budget and practicality, so I like to keep equipment realistic. I also think that if you're just starting out, if you can get at least 2-3 different weights in dumbbells, you could be all set! That being said, below are the following equipment pieces I recommend to complete my programs:
- Dumbbells (in at least 2 - 3 weight ranges)
- Yoga Mat (or towel)
- Weight Bench (or chair, step, bench)
- Resistance Bands
- Mini Bands
- Power Bands
- Stability Ball
- Optional: Ankle Weights, Pilates Ball
