How to get the best outcome of the program? - Get proper sleep (7-8 hours a night is a must)
- Dedicated nutrition regimen that consists only of wholesome, natural ingredients.
- Make sure to use active and full rest days to allow muscles to recover.
How to schedule the program into a week? - Weight training 3-4 times a week.
- 2 days of active rest.
- When you rest from lifting, you should still remain active. Check out my circuit training program/core workouts, or go for a walk or play sports.
- 1 full rest day.
What do I need to participate in this program? - You need a gym membership that has standard workout equipment.
