Solid, but the videos were not loading for this workout. All other workouts play well, so this is the only one I’ve had issues with. Thank you man love the work outs

Hello again! Still loving the routines. They’re kicking my ass! Maybe some extra details for your workouts in terms of what counts as a rep would be my only question. Otherwise everything is awesome!
